Behind the success of Ceran, one of the world’s leading educational institutions since 1975, lies the methodology of education based on practice and communication in the target language. It aims to improve students’ real communication skills by ensuring that they speak in the foreign language at all times outside of lessons and apply what they have learned in school. This system, known as ‘Full Immersion,’ in combination with the Ceran QRI® method, leads to significant progress in the target language in a very short time.
CERAN is located in the town of Champéry, which is a two-hour drive from Geneva.

Courses
The main goal of the program is to increase speaking self-confidence and promote language development. After enrolling, students are divided into classes according to their levels shortly after taking an online test and undergoing an oral test on the first day of school.
Intensive French language education is provided with 28 lessons per week. In this highly disciplined environment, students are encouraged to speak French during post-lesson activities such as walks and outdoor sports. The program is designed as the Intensive & Adventure program.
At the end of the program, each student receives a detailed report with personalized recommendations that will be useful in their continued language education.

Accommodation
Single or double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms. Students who speak the same language are not allowed to stay together. Accommodation is provided on a full board basis.
Activities
After weekday lessons, various walks and outdoor sports activities are organized. These activities allow students to have fun and practice French.
One half-day and two full-day trips are organized each week.
Airport Transfer
The school provides free transfer services to/from Geneva Airport at the specified days and times.
