Who We Are

Our educational endeavors began in 1967 with domestic youth camps organized by Mr. İsmet Bilgen under the name ‘Le Chaperon Rouge.’ Over time, they evolved with participation in language schools abroad. Since our establishment, our company has always been a pioneer in the education consulting sector, not only providing students with a good education but also giving them unforgettable experiences. Through our summer schools, we have laid the foundation for many strong friendships.

As the Biltur family, we are the exclusive representatives of Ceran Lingua Junior, Whitgift School, and Discovery Summer organizations in Turkey. In addition, we have been working together for many years with organizations like Oxford Royale Academy, Humboldt-Institut, Summer Discovery, University of Toronto, Harrow School, Gordonstoun, Ecole des Roches, Collège du Léman, Le Rosey, The London School of English, and Linguaviva.

With our experienced team, we continue to provide the necessary services for determining programs that are suitable for our students’ levels and career goals, ensuring that all processes for the selected program are carried out correctly, and supporting the successful completion of education with the same enthusiasm as the first day.
